David Rhodes is an experienced business transfer agent and has been selling businesses since 1999, he initially joined Lakey & Co in the area of Hamphire, Berkshire and the Isle of Wight, selling a few years later.

Recognised as an expert in the sale and valuation of small and medium sized busineses, David writes his own blog, has has guest blogged on numerous other websites. He also answers questions on buying businesses on businessesforsale.com's forum.

He originally training as a Chartered Accountant training with a major practice in Southampton, and has been self employed for the last 20 years.

He became a consultant in the petrol industry, advising clients on the profitability of their service stations and also and owned a Post Office and was a sub postmaster in a village Post Office close to Salisbury and is a trained and qualified coach.

He is also a Area Coordinator of Business Over Breakfast Clubs (BoB Clubs) in Suffolk and North Essex and has a significant number of contacts in the business community around that area.
