THE BUSINESS: The Vanilla Pod and its predecessor trading from these premises Scott's Bar and Brasserie were well established restaurants with excellent reputations.

It is understood that when the Vanilla Pod was sold the annual turnover was £360,000 although it is understood that the restaurant at these premises did at one time command some £13,000 per week takings (both dry and wet sales) under the name of Scott's Bar and Brassiere.
